Rented 2 cabins for 3 nights. The bathroom/bath house was absolutely disgusting (and I'm not grossed out by much) and very inconvenient to get to.The cabins had not been cleaned from the last renters as personal items and money had been left behind. The staff was nice but they only worried about manning the restaurant. It seems that no one maintains the cabin area. I know it's cheap to rent but to freaking wipe down walls and run a vacuum over the nasty carpet isn't that hard.

The bug spray was $11 for a tiny can so don't forget yours!

Great place to camp. Nice secluded tent sites with walking distance to the canoe place. Great food not to expensive. I would give it a 5 star rating if it wasn't for outdated showers and bathrooms

5 * on Cabins and GROUNDS ONLY! The cabins are PRIMITIVE which is great with us! We loved them and the grounds. Fridge got cold quick!! awesome and microwave there even tho we didn't use it. Good picnic tables and benches and fire ring!!! ***** TO THOSE THAT COMPLAIN, ITS PRIMITIVE look up the word--lol. If you camp there and leave it a mess its probably gonna be a mess for the next camper. However, yes the staff should wipe down the beds and vacuum between the rentals but I will address negative things next post.

Do not take your family here! I booked 4 days here, we had a lengthy drive to get there but was able to get there within the time the website says they are open. The lady works there said I was too late and acted like she was doing me a favor by coming back to the store that should still be open according to their own website but that was only after she made my family sit outside for 30 min because she was so irritated she had to let us in. The woman was the rudest person I have ever met, and basically called me a liar without saying the word so when I say I am not a liar she threw her book down and said I'm not renting to you. I should have left then but I was thinking my kids would be disappointed so I sucked it up apologized for basically taking a beating and giving this place money to get that beating. After that fiesco we got our cabins and it was terrible dirty and the bathhouse was disgusting with one operational toilet. My kids started crying so we decided to leave that same night and luckily found a hotel still open about 30 mins away. The next day I found some family own cabins and then we had a great safe time, they are more expensive but in this case we had no choice!

They sell cold beer and firewood for campers.
